AES’ Red Branch Solar project is a proposed solar facility in Burke County, Georgia. The project will support Georgia’s growing demand for new low-cost electricity resources. The project will positively impact both the environment and the local economy by reducing carbon dioxide emissions and producing significant tax revenue and other economic benefits for the area, while supporting Georgia’s growing demand for low-cost electricity resources.
